Hello, from the Pacific Northwest.

I admit I have been lurking about the forums for a few days. I have found lots of useful info for my new hobby.
I have been a seamstress for about 30 years, I am retired now. My expertise was in the Upholstery field and I didn't do to much personal sewing. I have made several panel quilts, a few baby quilts in the past but my first big endeavor is making a quilt for my husband. It's almost done all I have to do is tie it off.
I have also done a few other projects, I made purses, stuffed animals, cell phone pouches and a case for my Ipod. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and we converted one of the spare rooms in to my sewing area. We have finally got it to were it is functional, two machines (a light duty and a heavy duty one) a cutting table, plenty of storage ( it's never enough though) and the newest addition is a wall mounted ironing board.
I will post a few of my projects soon.
