Hello from a Virginia Quiltmaker.
Hi there. A year or more back I signed up for the board, but got sidetracked. (Life, quilting, etc, nothing bad.) I am not sure if I introduced myself or not back then. So, here goes! By the way the QB was recommended to me by Vaquiltgal!
I have been quilting over 25 years now, on and off, but mostly on the past 10 years. I like machine piecing, quilting, appliqué, and even binding. When I go to a bee or guild meeting I usually have a small project for hand sewing. A little here and a little there means I eventually get some hand project finished. In that way I finished a cute yo-yo dog toy for my infant grandson. Now I'm doing hand embroidery. My SM work right now is a Bonnie Hunter quilt pattern. I'm madly sewing those blocks in green and cream.
It's nice to be here, and I'd like to be more active in the QB community.
