Hello everyone, Idid not know where to go to intro myself, soooo I thought the best way to do this was just add a reply to someone else's into. Well, let me start. I am from Weston, Florida. Originally from New york. I am a retired person and do lots of charity sewing and crocheting. But would rather do the sewing more. I sew mainly quilts for the need, such as homeless, babys in hospitals and of course our service folk (Quilts of Valor). I have had a quilt for the "Quilts of Valor" on display. And have entered in Quilt Competitions. I presently have a quilt traveling the US with the "Hoffman Challenge", and I am very proud of myself for this success. I did not win a prize, but for me, I feel that I did, as I was chosen to have my quilt travel for exhibit around the US. It was a challenge for me and also a learning experience. It also gave me insight on how I could improve myself. You know, how it could help one grow??? Sorry, if I sound like I'm bragging, but I'm really not.
Honestly, my pride and joy, are my grandsons. They are the best.
I don't want to be long winded, so I shall say see you all soon.

Thanks! Her name is Shayna. She is a rescue kitty I've had for five years and she's about 13 years old now. She's the queen of the house.
