Default I will finish my first quilt... if it kills me

I started a quilt for my son a couple of years ago and I will finish it... lol. Anyway, excited to join a like minded community and hope everyone keeps me motivated and teaches me a lot of tips and tricks and such. My grandmother is the quilter, and my goal is to learn how to do it from her while I can. I have to finish my quilt blocks first... le sigh.

You may find that you're excitement for the blocks will be renewed since you had a break from them. If I feel myself lagging, I watch quilting videos on youtube - that makes me want to sew again. Welcome to the board!

Welcome from Southern California! Just keep sewing, there is always a lag in the middle of a quilt for me, and the only solution is to keep going and promise myself that I will like it when it is all done. The hard part is not starting a new project during that time.
