    I am a brand new quilter. I saw how much I need to learn and practice when I made some blocks for the "One Star Project" I just hope they are good enough to be used in the quilts for the soldiers.
    My grandmother scrap quilted many many quilts. She had me sitting at her treddle sewing machine when I was 6 or 7 years old sewing quilt blocks together. Wow! she would really love, love, love all the suggestions, tutorials, helps, and pictures of fantastic quilts there are on this blog.
    I have been reading and enjoying this blog for some time.
