Hello all!

I'm so happy to have found this nice place. I kept ending up back here with all my silly questions I was googling! I just started sewing in general. A very good friend have me her first sewing machine a couple years ago and I am finally getting around to using it. It's about as old as I am (almost 40, hehe) but I am thrilled to have it.
With a new baby girl on the way, the sewing bug bit me hard. This is my very first quilt attempt. A puffy play quilt for tummy time. It's tiny and a little crude, but I'm proud of it! I just finished all the planning for my next adventure, something a bit more involved and surely something I will be back for advice for!

Well, I think you did really good for a first. Next thing you know you will be addicted. I really like the puffiness for a baby.
