Covers were what we called the quilts we made from sewing scraps back in the day. . . and I still prefer the piecing process to the quilting; not a fan of handwork though I am a huge admirer of same.
I have way too much fabric and quilting books but am not seeking a "cure" from either addiction. My DH supports my habit and has great color and design skills. . . He has actually sent me back into fabric shops to buy more!
Lately I have been inspired by Bonnie (quiltville) to cut bricks for serendipitous scrappy quilts. Just getting started on this. She's brilliant!

Welcome from central Florida. I know about stash, have been trying to organize mine for months now and just make another step forward - spend more time on the Board and organizing than actually quilting!!
