I went back and ordered one of the $45 surprise boxes a couple of days ago, but haven't received the shipping notification for it yet.
I'm in pretty much the same position--watching for the mail!

The mail lady just brought them! I tore open the packages like it was my birthday (LOL!), and they are wonderful! There are a couple of what I'd consider to be duds (stripes/plaid with metallic lines - eeww!), but the others are very nice. I ordered 2 sets, and there are some duplicates between the sets, but that's fine.

    There are:

    colorful envelopes/letters
    pink blender
    colorful grapevine on black
beige floral (looks like a civil war print)
green/gold metallic flowers or starbursts on black
    frogs and butterflies on white
the aforementioned plaids/stripes with metallic lines
    cream/beige ombre-style blender
    very pale blue/cream/tan blender
    abstract ladybugs on lime green
    ballet shoes on purple
baby "newspaper" print (purple on white)
large blue and yellow diamonds (almost a dud, but it's okay)
    sage green blender
blue/yellow/green "granny square" crochet-looking print (kinda cool)
    brown/cream leafy floral
    cherries on white
    sage green and white floral
    a striped maroon/black/gold print that's really pretty
    a very intricate paisley-like print (greens/reds/golds)
    green/blue/gold metallic waves
dark red/blue/green stripes that reminds me of a man's shirt
brown/cream striped print that reminds me of a tree trunk (good for landscape stuff)
a GORGEOUS wedding certificate with roses (can fill in the blanks with the names, date, etc.)
    multi-colored little stars on white
    a western scenery print
    red and white checkered print
    lime green blender
blue with jewel-looking thingies on it
    deep green blender
dragonflies and blue flowers on green
blue/purple striped print that's really pretty (reminds me of the Coraline collection from a year or two ago)
    dark purple blender
leaves in various shades of brown
hot pink polka dots on black
    purple/gray batik
    orange with tiny polka dots
cream blender with birds' nests and leaves

Brand names I see are Benartex, Blue Hill Fabrics, Exclusively Quilters, Avlyn, Blank Quilting (never heard of that one but the fabric is nice), RJR Fabrics, The Erlanger Group (another new one to me), Wilmington Prints, Fabri-Quilt, and P&B Textiles. Of course, some of them don't have the selvage information due to them being FQ's.

I haven't received the surprise box yet. I sent an email asking for status update.

Moonrise, those all sound beautiful; I didn't order any , altho I was so tempted. If you don't like the ones with metallic threads, there was someone that posted in search of a small amount of those fabrics for her Dear Jane blocks. Just thought I'd mention it.

I received an email 3 days after ordering that my order had been received. I sent an email 3 days ago asking for the status of my order. I have had no response. The lack of response has me worried.???

I know I was a bit worried as I received confirmation of order when I placed it on April 30th and then nothing and no way of checking. But I then received an email saying order dispatched on 7 th. And payment showed on my account on the 8th, so I would give it a week they probably have lots of orders with such a great deal.

Well my friend who accepts packages for me in the US emailed Saturday to say the package arrived, very swift service. I won't get to see the fabric until the end of May as my sister who is holidaying in the US comes home on the 18th, and will bring the order back with her, but I go to Ireland on the 16 th and don't get back until the 24th bad planning.
