    Default Cross stitch pattern creator
    https://flosscross.com/ lets me upload a picture, then turns it into a cross stitch pattern. I also practiced with a photo of DD.

    That's pretty neat. Without downloading, I have a question. Does it let you determine how many thread colors to use? I have started doing cross stitch in front of the tv when I don't have a binding to sew.

    Yes, you can adjust number of colors and size of project!
