    I think you might enjoy seeing her original quilt named after her mother. The quilt is called Freda's flowers. And I did get permission to post it. Thanks Nanette.

    she sent me some other samples. there is one with a red check on it that is just right but it did not have as many flowers. I thought this really showed the pattern the best.     I love how her backgrounds are scrappy too. I don't know if I would dare do that. there are quite a few of her guilts up on my blog right now. There is one that is applique called,, I think, everything but the kitchen sink. way cute.
