    I think it would be easier to cut it will a rotary cutter or a exacto knife than using scissors. I am really liking this idea seeing how many scraps we all have. I think a wall hanging or a potholder would look great using this block. I also really like her purse. Not for me but for kids. Or...wa bath mat! Now that would use a lot of scraps. I also think using either a glue stick or basting spray would work really well to keep the pieces in place. I can't wait to try this.

    Looks like alot of fun! Reminds me of when I did my chenille vest...hmmm....maybe another project in the future, thanks for the link!

    Thanks a bunch. Going into my waste basket now to retrieve scraps from my New York Beauty blocks!

    The rest of the videos are terrific too. Love the bread basket one.

    That reminds me of making chenille. I sure wish I could go as fast as she did, I could get a lot done.

    I don't think you could cut this with a rotary cutter and not miss the bottom layer which must stay whole. Fun method to use us the small scraps. This is a keeper thanks.
