Have you checked Wal-Mart. Ours had one for sale recently. I haven't checked lately to see if it's still there.

Default eBay has 24" rotary cutter

I was looking for instructions on how to replace blade for one that I have and haven't used in a long time. Found this thread and then found the item on eBay. Still don't know how to replace blade. I get the screw off, then don't know how to remove the guard.

Hi all. Though fiskars 24 rotary ruler was discontinued. It is being brought back by popular demand and should be available at JoAnn's in late summer.

About 5 years ago I bought a Fiskars Rotary Ruler Cutter at a Walmart store on clearance for $15.00 (originally $31.97) The ruler was great for a while but after much use it wouldn't cut anymore even with new blades. Every time I pushed the blade carriage down it only pushed down the smallest fraction of the blade and I'd have to make 2 or 3 up and down passes to cut through 2 layers of fabric. I even had trouble cutting one layer of fabric so I stopped using it. Very disappointed with this made in China product.
