    Default Embroidery Fuzz Question

I am brand new to embroider, Before I started my first embroidery, I cleaned my machine. ( I had made 16 bowl cozies and wanted to make certain the machine was clean.) The last few days I have done one practice embroidery, 4 hats, and one 7 by 7 inch project to frame. While working on the last, the bobbin thread broke 3 times. I decided to clean out the bobbin case and it was a mess. There were even solid fuzz things on the feeders. As soon as I cleaned it everything was fine.
Is this normal? If so, should I be cleaning my machine after every project? Thanks for your help!

Yes, clean the machine between projects or when you change a bobbin. Change the needle after 8 hours of sewing or when the thread starts breaking.

Keeping a machine clean makes it run much better.

Most definitely change the needle after 8 hours. Your thread can and will make all kinds of fuzz and also weaken the threads in your design once the needle gets close to that 8 hour usage.
