Embroidery Online have these, but you may have to contact them regarding the sizes. The designs ends up 9.5" so one would hope each block is made up of smaller designs.

Here is one that might work for you. We have used these in class. The blocks I stitched all stitched great without issues. It was my early adventure with machine embroidery and I didn't like my color selections. Others made pretty table runners and quilts with the designs.
