I have the hand crank GO. How could we put electricity to it?????
A motor that doesn't turn too fast, that has a start/ stop button with possibly a reverse.

Is this asking too much? I mean really, it sounds easy peasy to me. Some engineer or talented person who made an adaptation kit could make lots of $$$$$$$$$.

Please put this idea to all of those mechanical engineer type folks you know and see what they can come up with.

Tiggersmom I have been thinking on this too. I have a electric motor adapter for my home canning Tomato juicer that removes the skin and seeds. It is a hand crank but the company made this adapter for it. I'll have to check the garage for it tomorrow.

I know they came out with a electric one. What I want is a motor to attach to my hand crank model. . . . Save some money and strength I don't have in my back/shoulder muscle.

Kasey + Alice......do you think we could get this thread over to the mechanical/vintage area and one of those guys could tell us how to do it?

I'm on my Kindle and don't know how to do that with typing on this keypad and a softended pointer.

Oh Kasey, you just reminded me I have a Sears kitchen grinding appliance somewhere that I haven't used since we moved to Arizona in 1993. If dh can or will modify it I might be in the money. . . . Or another idea, I have a commercial grade bobbin winder for my Gammil, that might work.

I have a Sizzix that I bought 2nd hand that will take Go dies if I use a shim - and it is electric. I have yet to buy any dies so I don't know how it works, but it's a thought for you.

I agree. Just be so careful because you wouldn't want to ruin your cutter.
