    Advice Needed from Those Who Like Earthtones

    Default Advice Needed from Those Who Like Earthtones
    I'm making this for my mom, but I can't judge if the colors are okay or not. To me, they look dull and boring, but I tend towards brights rather than earthtones. Those of you who like earthtones--advice, thoughts?

    I like earthtones and I think you should continue on exactly as you are now. I think it's lovely.

    I think of even more beige in "earth tones", like the pattern the way it is now.

    It is lovely, a subdued color palette that is pleasing and restful, not "loud". It does not look at all boring to me.

    I guess we differ on what we call earthtones. That looks bright to me. lol but good. I like it

    I have to agree with Ann. It's a pretty quilt but I'm kinda surprised to see it described as earth tones.
