I was given an Alto's Quiltcut today. How do I know if it is an original Quiltcut or the Quiltcut2 ?

It will say Quilt cut 2 on the box. Mine doesn't say anything but Altos on the ruler and I have the 2. If you look at the website - maybe you can tell. Also they are very nice - you can call and they will tell you.

It did not come with a box or any paperwork. I think it looks just like the one on the website

The measuring guide is not metal on the first one at at least that was what I was told. I have an extra one somewhere if you need it and if it will fit the slot?

Thank you. Looks like I got a Quiltcut2. it has the metal guide and the mat is white.
