I am having trouble searching for a pattern in their issue section. There are lots of Facebook posts on the site refering to having the same problem. I am finding it impossible to contact them about this. What good is all this information if we can't access it.

I also find their web site difficult to manuver through.

Any ideas would be greatful. Thanks

Do you know the pattern name? You can always google it. It's sometimes the fastest way to find something.

I was looking for someone else and just trying to see if I could find it on the site. I do have the pattern and was hoping to show her how to get it from AP&Q and then she could also search other patterns she likes. The problem I ran into on the site is just the way it goes and was hoping to find a way into or around it. I should be able to download the pattern for free, being a member, and I can't!

PS: I will try to google it just to see itf it works. It's from Feb., 2001, called Sunshine and Shade :D

Any other thoughts ?

EDIT: I did search and find it on yahoo but it would cost 7.95 to download and if I could go through AP&Q it should be free.

I went thru the customer service link and logged in, then searched for it. It does not come up as free. It takes you to a site you can purchase for $7.95. I'm guessing because it's older, not a recent issue of the magazine that it was in. They do have some free patterns on their site, but many of they are not free.

They don't usually have patterns from the magazine free on the website. What reason would anyone have to buy the magazine if they did that? :lol:
