Yarn or Fabric

I'm thinking of joining over at Angie's Bits and Pieces. I am taken with her paper pieced Xmas ornaments - and a few of the tree skirts... I haven't even gotten to the other sections available yet........

I have a question though - anyone a member there? What are your feelings? Is it worth it or not? I guess I could easily argue that I'd spend about that much on one or two books... but are the patterns written nicely?

I didn't see anything in the free section that I'd want to make - I know there's a lot of stuff but it doesn't seem to be relevant to what I was looking at.... I don't have eq so that is all lost on me...
