Default Anyone using a Silhouette cutting machine for your quilts?

I've seen the Silhouette cutting machines can be used for paper, card stock, fabric, vinyl, making stencils - all kinds of things. I was wondering if any of you here on the Quilting Board have tried one in any of your quilting projects - would love to see pics, and let me know if you thought it is worth having.... Thanks!
