Does anyone have this magazine? Australian Patchwork & Quilting Magazine, Volume 19 Number 7. If you happen to have seen it and know if the quilt on the cover is appliqued or pieced, could you let me know. That's the deciding point on whether or not I get it. I absolutely adore the quilt on this cover!

I sometimes hate shopping online because I can't see the same things I could if I were purchasing in a store! Oh how I wish my library stocked this magazine. Here's a link to where the magazine is on sale for $4.98 in case you want to see the quilt too.

Thanks in advance for your help everyone! I love that this board exists and I have a group of people I can ask this question to.

you can see the magazine here too.
i wonder if you could call that shop you posted and ask someone there if they can actually look in the magazine. probably not, but may be worth a try.

Elaine Rose is the editor for the magazine. She has a blog so you can make contact with her if no one here has the magazine.

I found that most all quilt books authors, magazines, pattern designers, and publishers have a facebook page or blog.

That is a pieced quilt. I believe it is called "Orange peel".

The quilt is called Waiting for Russell and is all hand pieced. If you are interested, I could cut the pattern out of the magazine and send it to you.
