Baby Lock Presto II
Hello Quilters!
I'm about ready to pull the trigger on the BLPII for $799 from Sewing Parts Online but looking for any feedback you may have to offer. The return and warranty policies look very good. Free shipping and several free feet included: walking, 1/4", open-toe darning, and non-sick zig-zag. I like the wide throat, multiple stitches, buttonholes, etc. I'm also buying an extension table for $120. I checked reviews online and didn't see any red flags- only one negative that may have been an isolated problem with a specific machine.
I just returned a Bernette b79 bc it was a lemon so I'm a little gun-shy. I live in NYC and getting a machine in for repairs is no small feat.
Does anyone know if the bobbins for the Bernette are class 15s? I'm asking because I have some extra and the Presto takes class 15s.
