Since the price of cotton is going up....we may have to resort to using old clothes that we can cut up...what a novel idea! (yes, I am kidding) I think we have to recyle and reuse fabric. It is much more challenging anyway.

I have been reading that there is a bidding ar or cotton as Russia, and other countries are also growing it. We do not want to lose the cotton business to other countries too.

They just took quite a hike in prices about Aug. or so. Now they are going up again? Wow that isn't good news is it? I hope they don't go up again or I'll have to quit quilting . Seems everything goes up except income! Oh well not much we can do except go with the flow! Keep on smiling & quilt until its gone! LOL

You re so right. We spend and then don't finish. Just think of how good we will feel WHEN we get those UFOs out of the way. We might not feel so bad paying a little more for fabric when we actually need it.

Wally World was my best source when I used them. Don't know anymore because so many W-M's stopped carrying fabric. Good Luck!
