Hi All! I am trying to quilt using a megaquilter on an inspira frame. This is the first time I have had the following problem. It seems that the quilt batting is not allowing me to move the takeup pole. Even after loosening the quilt top pole and the backing pole. Although it sounds crazy, could the batting be causing this problem. I don't know what brand the batting is, I usually use quilters dream request. Could it be the batting causing the problem?

The batting might be hendering it somewhat. However most times its just that one of the other rollers isnt loose enough. Is your batting on a roller or just hanging?

Thanks Suebee. The batting is hanging loose. Both poles were loose 'cause I could actually pull the top and the backing, that is why I thought it might be the batting.

Is there an option to raise the back pole? I mean the pole that is deepest in the machine. I know i have issues with my LA when i forget to move that up a little so it has room to roll more.
