Yes, it looks like it is 6 blocks across -- all squares and half square triangles. What I do is take one block at a time and then one row at a time.
Hello again. This is what people do when they can't sleep. I laid it out on a graph and came up with this: white squares, 12; striped squares, 8; green and white HSTs, 8; stripe and white HSTs, 4; green and stripe HSTs, 4. Use the picture to lay out the design. I haven't tried it out in actuality, but it's worth a try. It's a lovely pattern. I think I would invest in the pattern to have the measurements and directions.

I love Toadusew. The two ladies that design and own the studio are awesome. Their fabric is top quality and patterns are easy to follow. BUY the book. You won't be disappointed. Pegeth

    .

If I can do the patterns - anyone can. I used to mess up patterns but when I agreed to be a pattern tester for ToadUSew I thought perhaps I could get over screwing things up and I did. But I still think their patterns are easier to understand than most anyone else's.

I am convinced. I plan to buy the pattern book, then I won't have to do all planning out and the calculations myself! :) I've actually seen this pattern in other places and admired how pretty it is.

Good for you Dee Dee - you won't regret it. Also, if you have any problems, you can call them and they would be very glad to help you out. Send me a PM if you need to know anything.
