    Default clover desk needle threader

came across them online and see that they come in three different colors, dose that mean each color is for a different size eye of the needle or just a color preference.......... thanks

Probably just color preference. My experience with them was underwhelming at best. Broke about the 3rd or 4th time I tried to use it. I just stick with the little wires on the metal discs any more. Much cheaper so when it breaks it's no big deal.

They are just color choices, not different. I love mine. It even threads tiny quilters betweens with ease.

I have one and even got one for a friend of mine. I first saw it demonstrated at the San Diego Quilt Show years ago. It is just color preference. And when I got mine, I also bought a little wooden holder for it. You do have to do to read the directions or it won't work.

I could not quilt without one. They work great!

I love mine. My eyesight is not what it used to be and I can't see the eye of the needle, let alone thread it.

I have the Bohin Easy Needle Threader. It's great. Drop the needle in and it rotates by itself so the eye is right where it needs to be. Press the button and voila! the needle is threaded! It's great!

I have one and I was told at the demo table not to be gentle with it. You have to push down fast and hard. The stand makes it easier to use and it won't jump.

What is the name of the needle threader that uses a charger? I saw it used and want one but can't remember the name of it.

I have 2. Love them. Just introduced some of my quilting friends to them. Because of my "old eyes", I have a difficult time trying to thread needles, particularly the small #10 quilting needles. These really do the trick for me.

One has the stand and it does make it more stable. Also, I have found that if your needle is bent, it won't thread it. I have bought some as gifts. I think it is definitely worth the money.
