    ABSOLUTELY!!! If your kid can use a crayon, he/she can do this technique. Michaels had a ton of fabric markers- how easy is that? No mixing, no water or brushes needed for those.

    Even if you let the child paint, draw or crayon on the fabric and you set it afterward with fabric medium, it's absolutely an easy way to make a permanent memory.

    The fabric medium to set any watercolor pencil was less than $6. But you just need a tiny bit- so a bottle goes a long ways. It's affordable.

    Beautiful! I have been wanting to try the watercolor pencils also, and you may have just given me the nudge to do it. Is there a particular type of aloe vera gel that you use? Thanks.
