Do you have access to lamiate the back side of this works well.

Is it washable?. If I am going to put it in a chil's toy, I want to be able to wash the toy when needed.

Exactly what I was thinking ... whatever you choose, be sure it is going to be washer/dryer safe! Or have a secret compartment that you can take it out ... though, there's always the chance it may be forgotten.

Try the clear cellophane wrapping paper. I used it to make a bag for my cat to crawl inside of. He loves it.

Seems like the cellophane would be washable/dryable, but you might want to test it. What great ideas everyone!

Maybe a strong cellophane? Just for fun you could put in bubble wrap then it would pop! How much fun would that be for them!

Most dollar stores have it in the form of clear gift bags, and only a buck! Make sure if you are giving it to a child, that you encase it in fabric all over to prevent a tragedy.

I made a ribbon blankie with the plastic from a baby wipes refillable bag. The mom washes it in the washer but then AIR DRIES on a hangar. Baby just loved it!!
