    Question Curve master foot???

Has anyone used this foot for curves?? Do you like it, or is it a waste of money?? I have watched a few YouTube videos and it does seem that there would be a learning curve (no pun intended) but it looks like it would be a most useful foot to have. I would certainly appreciate any feedback and/or tips.

I have used it and like it very much. Easy to use. No learning curve.

I like mine a lot, too, and use it for any blocks that have curves.

The foot wasn't worth the money to me, because I can sew curves without it, but i absolutely love the set Drunkard's Path templates that I bought from her husband. So many sizes! Bought them at one of the quilt shows where they were demonstrating the foot. Nice people.

I bought the Curve Master to use when making curved blocks but the biggest bonus is that I can finally make perfect "scant" 1/4 inch straight seems with it. I love, love, love it and don't know how I pieced without it. Well worth the money to me.

I have one and it does make sewing curves easy. It took practice for me to get to love it.

I bought one several years ago and could not get the hang of it, so it collected dust. However, I just recently finished a quilt with lots and lots of curves (Urban Nine Patch) and I sewed all the curves using the same technique, but with my own quarter-inch foot! No pins, no glue, I simply held the top fabric up off the bed of the machine and focused solely on making the edges match as they went under the foot. If I remember the lessons from the inventor of the Curve-Master foot, this is pretty much how she tells you to use it.

You can do a search on YouTube, there are several videos there that show how the CurveMaster works.
