    Which do you folks prefer when buying a new cutting board, the regular or self healing?

    Yes I am talking cutting mats. I have lupus etc. so sometimes I don't get out the right words. lol..

    I have the "hard" blue one with white lines. Like the firmness. I've been using it for about eight to ten years.
