Talking The date is set - one excited quilter here

I have set the date to pick up my new to me Baileys 17" Pro with Gracie King frame. June 1st!!!

It is about a year old, gently used. I think I am definitely getting a fair deal.

Now hurry and tell everything I need to know as a beginner long arm quilter. What is the one thing that you are so glad you know that will benefit a beginner.

Thanks, just had to share my excitement. All of the wonderful information on this board lead me to this decision.

The one thing I can share with you is: "patience" and plenty of it. You will not automatically duplicate the quilting of some of the posting on this site. It takes time to learn, time to train your mind and muscles to do it. Enjoy the process.
