    I made a precious tote bag for my Mom with these fabrics. It's hard to describe, but I did use the color blocks with words in them as the band around the top. Will try to get a pic. of the bag and post it.

    I bought a kit @ OKC quilt show few years ago here is one I made maybe will give you some idea's.

    I like Charmy's quilt and I like the idea of the Attic Windows pattern for your cute fabric. The purse is great, too. Maybe you have enough fabric for all of the above???

    Wow, that is beautiful! Did you purchase a pattern or is it something you found free on the internet?
    it's a pattern by Quilts Illustrated it costs about $8.
    I'll have to look into it. Would you be OK if I copied your fabric placement? I just love it.

    The Michael Miller website used to have a bunch of free patterns for D&J fabric. If you go there and search by group (top of page) look under Dick and Jane and thre will be a rotating series of pictures of ideas. Don't know if all of those patterns are still available.
