    The firxion pens are on sale today at missouri star abd the shipping is only $2. They work good for me.

    The manufacturer of Frixion pens doesn't recommend using them on fabric because it will not wash out without using a special solvent. I prefer the blue pens that you remove with cold water. Always rinse the whole quilt with cold water before washing with detergent or you could end up with brown lines. Those are removable with vinegar, I heard, but have not had that problem.

    I used a blue disappearing marker on some towels I was embroidering for my sister (I think Mark B Gone but I am no certain) and they bleached the towels! I was not impressed...
