Default Does anybody know what these are???

I found these in a box of thread that I bought at an estate sale. I really think they are some sort of cam for a sewing machine. But, I'm not sure. And for sure wouldn't hazard a guess at the make and modl. Can anybody tell me what they are and what they belong to?

Those are cams for a sewing machine. They are different stitch patterns the machine can sew. There would be a place on the machine to switch out the cams for the different stitches pictured on the cam. For my 1975 Husqvarna Viking I had larger cams that had several stitch patterns. I've not seen any with a single stitch. Good luck in finding the make and model.

Definitely cams for a sewing machine. Some sets are quite valuable. Check eBay for sewing machine cams to see if you can find a picture that matches, then do some internet research via Google images (use the machine model you find on eBay to Google, then click on "images") to see if you can figure out exactly what you have.

They look like cams to an old Kenmore that my mom had.

Interesting how unusual things keep popping up when we purchase something at a yard or estate sale. Yes, they are probably cams but I have never seen anything like them before.

I 1977 I purchased a used Singer that used those. The machine was at least 10 years old when I go it.

Found this photo on eBay. Looks like they may be the "top hat" cams for a vintage New Home sewing machine.

Embroidery cams for a sewing machine. I had a Huqvarna that had similar cams but can't guarantee that I can identify the exact machine in this case.

I am watching for a collector to see today's entry on cams--he/she will be all over these. Watch for a PM from someone who wants them if you don't.
