It is so easy to forget what great things we can all do to make the world a better place! I have lots of scraps, and this is something I can do as well. Thanks for the inspiration :-)

I just figured they were too busy and overworked and would appreciate them when they had time to open the bag. I agree that often to feel really appreciated for our gift of time and energy is a big deal.

What a great way to give at Christmas. I think I will work on quilts this year, using the flannel I got on sale at Joann's on Black Friday. I bought enough to make quite a few quilts. What size did you make? I'm new and want to make the easiest most economical quilts I can. I don't know how to actually quilt, so I will probably have to tie. Don't know how to do that either but will figure out. If you have any good advise it would be appreciated. What about ragged, would that be good.

What a great way to give back. I usually need a reason to make a quilt, sounds like the one of the best reasons to me. Thanks for sharing and planting an idea.
