Once again I need the help of quilters. My three girls have JUST decided they all want tree skirts for Christmas this year. Am hoping to do the Dresden plate in a large design, I am thinking the skirt has to be 72"" as they all choose huge trees ever year for their homes. Have been tring to make a template out of newspaper but my dimensions are off!!! Anyone good with Math? Can't thank you all enough for the help!

do you have one of the small dresden templates? if you do, just lay your long ruler against the side of the small template and extend the lines that way.
