Default Giant Star Block Quilts for Hanging

I have a high wall in the foyer of our house and am looking for inspiration!

I want to do a giant star block, kinda like you see on the sides of barns? Thinking of an Ohio star with some complexity in the composition, but wonder if anyone out there has searched for ideas as well, and if so, what it was and where I can find a image!

The Triple Barnstar quilt is lovely and easy to make. I have made several after it came to me as a mystery quilt in my quilt group. The one below is particularly dear to me because my math crazy grandson did the color placement. He had/has a good sense of color placement.

Wow, now my problem will be choosing from among all these great ideas! Thankyou for the suggestions, I think I may have to make more than one!

Laughing and giggling about my life as a quilter. I made this one too. My photo says it was 2015. My how times flies. It was gifted as a baby quilt to a little fellow who is now 8 years old.

I really notice how time flies when I realize how long ago I started some of my unfinished projects.
I like your spring splash, very pretty colors.
