    Wanting to find a pattern for the dresdin serpentine. Does any one know where I can find this?

    Isn't it like a serpentine drunkard's path? I think you just make 1/4 of the number of blades (5 instead of 20), place the 1/4 plate in the corner of your foundation block. Make a bunch of these then arrange.

    Those are easier to make with a grandmothers fan block.

    Just do a search on your search engine....bound to be a few there.........and actually, yes, they are partial grandmother fan blocks, I think.

    I've have a top made with Dresden in the "drunkard's path" method. Haven't finished it, actually haven't even got it sandwiched and basted, it's one I THINK I want to hand quilt.
