Yes, and I use it on my Featherweight. It really improved my seams.

Well, you don't absolutely need one...you can get the same effect by putting a piece of tape lined up with your needle as a guideline for your piecing. On my modern Brother I drew a line to the front edge of the bed with a Sharpie that I use to line up the corners of the pieces. Works the same.

Yup, I use a few layers of painters tape straight down from my needle. BUT it does look like a fun gadget.

    I LOVE it!
One of the few notions I actually use.
I have one for each of my machines.
Do you absolutely need it? No.

There are many prior threads on the board about it if you're looking for more opinions. ;-)

I made this quilt with it:

Its not a HAVE to have but it does help. But it is a gadget..you can figure out how to do it without it.

I have it and love it. In fact, I have one in reserve. One thing, turn it over where the printing in down. I worn the lines of my first one. Don't know if they have improved printing or not.
