Is there a certain product that's safe? What type of glue to replace the fabric interior to it's intended place? I'm really worried I'll wreck something, so any information would be helpful. I haven't found any tutorials on it, or I wouldn't bother you. Thanks.

When they say "white glue", do you think they mean Elmer's school glue? Should I just use some mild soap and a damp rag on the outside? I've also read somewhere black shoe polish works to spruce up the outside.

My interior was in pretty good shape so we didn't have to do anything to it. We spruced up the outside with black paste shoe polished and buffed it. It really helped.

I would think any white craft glue would help...if musty put some dryer sheets in and close for awhile.
