    Default Humidity and batting

I finally found something good about all this humidity in Florida. It is great to get the wrinkles out of cotton packaged batting. Last night I hung the batting over my swing on my screen porch. I just checked it and it is almost wrinkle free. Thought I would pass it on, in case someone else could use the hint.

I live in Houston, aka Sauna of the South, and we have Humidity. With a capital "H". I'll have to try your de-wrinkling trick.

Humidity is also good for your skin as you get older. I've noticed that people I know who live out west in the drier areas are considerably more wrinkled than I am.

Cincinnati is pretty humid too, I may have to try that with my batting!

I wonder if I throw myself over the porch swing tonight if all my wrinkles would work out? Probably only thing that would happen is that I couldn't get myself back up off the swing!

Holy cow, you are not kidding!! I went to the quilt show last year and the year before that, and both times I walked off the plane and immediately felt like I was melting! It was nice if I was sitting in the sun by the pool, but any kind of physical exertion, even just walking down the street, and I felt like I'd just stepped out of the shower and needed a towel!
