I'v been given a Janome 6125 because she said it is to expensive to get it fixed. She was quoted anywhere from $150.00 up. I was wondering where I could find the address for the factory or if you have any advice as to where to call. I am under the impression that the parts are warranteed for 20 yrs?
The main big gear in the bottom is broke.
    Thanks for any help.

Warranties are not transferrable to anyone, and are only for certain parts. And usually you still have to pay for labor. $150 sound very reasonable to replace parts on a machine. You'll have to decide if it's worth it to fix it. You should take it in to your local dealer and get an estimate.
