I was in WM yesterday in Decatur, IL and shoppping in their fabric department. I talked to the lady working there about the things we have been discussing here - WM putting fabric sections back in. She told me that a year or so ago they were going to close their fabric dept - BUT they received more phone calls from people than they have ever received about anything else. So, they have a decent fabric department thanks to those people that called and said, please don't close it. Interesting that we really do have some choices where WM is concerned. Maybe we should ask that they start stocking Moda or some other better quality fabrics. Just a thought. And, by the way, I still try to support the LQS because there is nothing like a whole store devoted to fabric - the smell, the touch, etc....

Mine is clearing out the precuts to make room for the fabric dept. Hooray.
I got the 7 pack of fats for $2.47. Not my choice for fabrics but at that price maybe someday Ill use them.
