Pretty quilt. The colors really pop. No wonder they are impatient and want you to hurry up!!

No - it's fun. That's why I do it. It is actually relaxing for me.

I have one of those sitting in the closet right now, same kind. After all the little square construction, I just couldn't face any more. It has been calling my name, lately, and I think I can get back to it soon.....it's only been 3 years.....

only get stressed out if I have to rip out a huge seam, or multiple seams in paper piecing because it didn't fold right. I think pp really stresses me out because you have to line up the pieces just right

there is your first problem...you want them to be PERFECT!
Who knows what perfect really is???
Is your son/daughter going to inspect that quilt and say "oh mom...look, these corners don't quit match"??/ I hardly think they would notice....ever....so calm down...put your love in it and trust that love will make it perfect for them!

That can be quite daunting at first, but hand in there, it does get better! You will develop your own rhythm.

It's beautiful!! As others have said, just take a deep breath and dig in. Try to enjoy the process. Be sure to post a pic of your finished quilt!
