check the outlet it's plugged into first. After making sure that works, i can't tell you why it's not working. i do hope you figure it out soon though.

Is this a new to you machine?

    Did it work before?

Do you have a manual? It looks like there are three of them for this machine at https://www.janome.com/en/support/re...chine-manuals/

Hi, did you get your machine to work? I haven’t come across many owners of MC Janome10000. I’ve had mine since 2003.

I have this machine and need to get it in to be repaired it has a beautiful stitch but some of the parts do not work right. The nearest repair place is about 20 miles from me and I don't usually drive that far. I suppose I will have to take the plunge some day and get it going. I have all kinds of extras to go with the machine and barely use it.

My husband bought this machine second-hand from a gentleman who had lost his wife. It was new out of the box, so I didn’t get the training as buying it directly from Janome. I really didn’t know what I was getting. I hadn’t used it very much until I retired last year. I’ve become a quilter and use it daily. It does have extras. I’m making a “Stitch-Bible” of the 213 stitch patterns it has and I’m using the embroidery functions now to make my quilt labels.
It does have a beautiful stitch and I enjoy using it daily. A wonderful machine!
