Label for tabletopper

I'm making a tabletopper for a young couple getting married soon. I'm not sure they will know what it is. They may think it's a baby quilt :-) Do you think it's ok to include what it is on the label? Do any of you have a cute rhyme or poem?

I always make a label and give it a name and possible the fact that it is the color of the dishes they have registered for on line or a holiday etc. and that I made it for them

Possibly when you put it in the box to wrap it, you include a couple of candles or something else "kitcheny" so it is clear that it is a table topper?
