This quilt is absolutely beyond words. I don't think I would ever even think about attempting anything like that.

This quilt is absolutely beautiful but definately not on my bucket list. It joins the group of quilts that won't happen here, GFG, bargello, Lone Star, DWR, and anything in the style of Baltimore Album.

I am going to do LBB, but I have to finish my Affairs of the Heart & another quilt for DH's office before I can begin. Several ladies have expressed a concern over the complexity of the quilt. I am planning on machine applique with hand embroidery. Am planning on using more reds & greens than Margaret did, though. Am thinking it will be a Christmas quilt. I have tons of batiks and a lovely Moda vanilla-cream solid for the background (nine yards of it!!!) I haven't gotten the fabric for the triangles or borders, but it will be some combination of red & green.

It is beautiful. I kept looking for the brown bird. LOL Hope you have enough years left in you to finish this. Man! What an undertaking!

I bought this book when I saw it at a vendor booth some years ago. It's beautiful book. I thought one day I'll try to make a few of the projects. LOL.

I have the book & love it, but have not attempted any blocks yet. It looks like alot of fancy stitching is added to some, so not sure I have enough experience for this one, yet, but love looking through it!..

It would be nice to make a more simple version...
