I'm having trouble getting into the Live Chat room. Says it's loading, may take a few minutes & when the screen pops up there's no name or any conversations showing. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe no one is in the chat room?

I haven't been in the chat room in a while, so I don't know if there are glitches. Just keep trying, you'll get in!

When you get to the chat room screen and there's nothing showing up, try and use your browser refresh button.
