It's called a Spinning Star pattern. Interesting since I purchased the pattern at an Amish store in Shipshiwana Indiana.
    Good luck

I Googled Log Cabin Star quilt pattern and found some good pictures. I think if you find a picture, the Amish ladies can make the quilt from the picture. I found a picture of one for one of my Amish neighbors. It was the pattern with the star made from the log cabin blocks in the center of the quilt.

This is one I put together using the Quilt Pro program. It was a pain in my butt trying to get the blocks to line up right. This is just the top, I have not finished it yet. The diamond blocks were very easy to make themselves, it was lining them all up in the quilt that I had problems with. So I became a real friend to Mr Seam ripper in this one. What I found that worked best for me, was to remove all the black borders on the diamonds that touched other diamond blocks and use black sashing between them instead. It was the only way I could get them to line up properly.

I looked up Dunster to see what it looked like and it's possible they are the same. Not really sure because she uses diamond blocks in her whole pattern and my are not all diamonds. In my quilt, the ones in between the diamonds are square.
I also looked up D Lockwood to see if theirs is different. It looks more like mine but it says she uses pieced triangles to make the square blocks, so I don't think it's the same but it sure is close.
