Have you tried Missing Fabrics? I've been connecting people with fabric through them since they started.

Elizabeth, the updates are usually done Sunday evening so if you send in your picture now it should make it for this week.
It's a wonderful service, there are lots of shops and fabric collectors that regularly look/connect. I've never had a bad experience or spam or anything. Sure, I've had lots of people who never responded even when I had their fabric so make sure you check the email you used in the ad!
